1. No Online Refunds
Please note that all online bookings are non-refundable. Refunds for any services booked through the Arulmigu Thendayuthapani Kovil website will not be processed online under any circumstances.
2. Refunds via Walk-In Only
Any refund requests must be made in person at the temple. You will need to present valid proof of your booking, such as: the booking confirmation receipt (printed or digital), valid identification (government-issued ID or passport), and payment receipt or transaction ID.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons: service or pooja was cancelled by the temple due to unforeseen circumstances; a double booking or erroneous payment was made due to a technical error; or other valid reasons at the discretion of temple management.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued only after verification of booking details and valid proof. The temple management reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests. Once approved, the refund will be processed in the same payment method used during booking where possible, or an alternative method will be arranged.
5. Refund Timeframe
Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund process to be completed after approval.
6. No Refund for Late Arrivals or Missed Services
If you fail to attend the booked service or arrive late, the booking will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
